1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LogParsed service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

LogParsed provides a high-throughput log parsing engine. We provision dedicated infrastructure on your behalf using DigitalOcean. You agree to pay the underlying infrastructure costs as metered by our platform, plus a management fee.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to transmit any unlawful, malicious, or highly sensitive regulated data (such as HIPAA/PCI) unless you have executed a specific Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us. You are responsible for ensuring that the destination sinks you configure are properly secured.

4. Liability

LogParsed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, routing failures, or downtime of the underlying infrastructure provider (DigitalOcean) or destination sinks.
